2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate but do not warrant that all information is error-free.

Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you with options including substitution, backorder, or a full refund.

USD pricing may be displayed as an option but all transactions are processed in CAD.

3. Orders and Payment

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order acceptance occurs when your order is shipped. You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required before processing.

Group Orders: Orders of 10 or more items may qualify for 10–20% off. Contact us at sales@scrubdepot.ca or 1-800-837-3617 for group pricing. Embroidery services are available on group orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Free standard shipping on all orders over $125 CAD (before taxes). Orders under $125 CAD are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout.

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is approximately 3–7 business days from shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging, free from odours, stains, or signs of wear.

Non-returnable items:

• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Items without original tags
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Compression socks and hosiery (hygiene reasons)
• Custom embroidered items

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@scrubdepot.ca or 1-800-837-3617 with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Embroidery Services

• Embroidered items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun
• You are responsible for the accuracy of names, logos, and text submitted
• Scrub Depot is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
• Embroidery turnaround times are estimates and may vary

7. Intellectual Property

All content on scrubdepot.ca — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Scrub Depot or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the website without express written permission.
