Do you offer free shipping in Canada? +
Yes! Scrub Depot offers free shipping on all orders over $125 across Canada. Orders under $125 are subject to a flat shipping fee. It's one of the easiest ways to save — add a second item and you'll often hit the threshold.
How long does shipping take? +
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Vancouver, BC warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your province. BC and Alberta customers usually receive orders fastest.
Do you ship to all provinces and territories? +
Yes! We ship to every province and territory in Canada — Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland, Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut. Scrub Depot delivers coast to coast.

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been embroidered cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit? +
Absolutely. Exchanges are accepted on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days. Email us at sales@scrubdepot.ca or call 1-800-837-3617 to arrange an exchange.
SIZING & FIT
Do you carry plus size, petite, and tall scrubs? +
Yes! We carry scrubs in a wide range of sizes including petite, tall, plus size, and maternity styles. Every healthcare professional deserves a perfect fit — browse by size using the navigation menu.
How do I find the right size? +
Each product page includes a size chart specific to that brand. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and inseam and comparing to the chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up — scrubs are meant to be comfortable and allow movement.
GROUP ORDERS & EMBROIDERY
Do you offer group discounts for hospitals and clinics? +
Yes! We offer 10–20% off group orders for hospitals, clinics, dental offices, long-term care homes, and other healthcare organizations. If you have 10 or more staff, you automatically qualify. Get a group quote here.
Do you offer embroidery services? +
Yes — Scrub Depot offers professional embroidery on scrubs, lab coats, and jackets. We can add names, job titles, clinic logos, and more. Email sales@scrubdepot.ca for embroidery pricing and turnaround times.
